people than by taking this day to honor their pride and bane: Scotch.
Whiskey is derived from grains as opposed to other hard liquors like
vodka (potato) gin (juniper berries) or rum (sugar). Whiskey can be
divided into a few different types: Bourbon, Canadian (or rye), Irish
and Scotch. Good stuff can be drank straight or on the rocks, while
cheaper stuff can be mixed with club soda, cola or desperation.
